I am Anna Sundari, a spiritual guide, yoga teacher, and dream reader. My path into this work was not linear, but a slow return, marked by illness, disconnection, and a longing for something deeper than the life I was taught to live.For many years, I felt caught in cycles of consumption and exhaustion. The turning point came when I began listening…to my breath, to my dreams, and to the ancestral whispers I once ignored.Through yoga, meditation, and ritual, I discovered that healing does not mean fixing ourselves, it means remembering. The body already knows, the blood already remembers, the dream already guides.This is my offering: to guide you back to what you already carry.

A Day of Return is a one-day retreat for people who want to slow down, reconnect with their body,
and spend a full day in a calm, grounded and non-performative spiritual space.
The day combines slow yoga, breath awareness, simple ritual practices and inner imagery inspired
by dream work. The focus is not on achievement, healing promises or self-improvement, but on
listening, presence and allowing the body to guide the pace.
The retreat is held in a small group and unfolds partly outdoors by the sea, with an indoor backup
space if needed.
During the day we will work with:
✓ Slow Hatha Yoga (accessible, grounded, not fitness-based)
✓ Breath awareness
✓ Intuitive ritual practice
✓ Inner imagery and dream-inspired reflection
✓ Time for rest, silence and integration
There is no pressure to speak, no forced sharing and no performance.
Silence is welcome. Participation is always by invitation, never obligation
A simple vegetarian lunch is included.
We will eat together in a relaxed way. You are free to talk, stay quiet, take a walk or rest. The lunch
break is part of the retreat and meant to support grounding and integration, not social performance.
